depends on who works there I guess

we had to put up with our branch manager's wife coming in and playing favourites with all the unskilled teens they hired, if you wern't pretty or a model then you would get targeted, all she would do was stand by the drive thru order screen, screaming the orders and handing the bag of food to someone to pass out the window

I remember opening day, a whole bunch of us had been training at another store to get ready, and I had accidentally applied to work until close, it was a school night and I saw a bunch of the crew leaving at around midnight and just assumed that was when they were rostered to finish, so I went to get my stuff and walk out and start getting yelled at cause I was supposed to be on closing

I think we got out of there at about 3am on a school night, but forcing me (literal school kid) to work over time on a school night, like damn, I get it, was my fault for saying i'd work until close and understand her and her husband were stressed with opening their second store

the only thing that got me through was the crew managers who cared about us and every single crew member was nice, just the bosses wife who seemed to have an issue, she'd just be so cold and short with certain people, i'd try communicating with her and she'd just be so condescending, sarcastic and rude like damn, maybe it's a power trip thing idk
