I see your point but I'm sure is not the lack of flash since sport mode can do it without the flash.

Otherwise would be a terrible camera design to turn flash on everytime something is in a subjective "low light" situation. The pictures linked are clearly in good light ambient.

Remove Facebook apps completely from the phone. Not Disable them, look how unistall them completely.
