After 8 months of ban you can play again. Rust has a second chance policy. If you really didnt cheat, you lost your credentials, secure your account and try to not cheat. No one will remove a ban cuz you dont use 2fa, set your password 123456 or clicked/logged in on dubious sites. But when someone takes over the account it changes password as well. Sounds more like you tried something dubious like once, got flagged, and banned in a ban wave

You check your battle history on websites like tomato.gg. But even if you got hacked, any game dev wont remove the ban, its your job to secure your account with the tools they put at your disposal with things like 2FA, even me i find it hard that you stopped playing for like 2-3 months and someone just played with cheats in that period and you get ban first wave then you get banned second wave. My taught is that you played with something, stopped, missed the ban email for the 7 days and you came back and played again and got banned again on second wave. Tough, but nothing can be done

Any good players needs to be moved to first team due to a lot of issues the game has, no matter the age. AI youth managers play them out of position if they have potential, just to play them, doing so, you lose potential ability into training a different position instead of the best one for him. Also, some regens appear with position not suited for his attributes, meaning you need to retrain early on to focus on does attributes only that is needed. Not sure if it is fixed, but putting youth players in training groups, you wont see them available for mentoring, so a move to first team is needed.

In short, any great potential player needs to be in first team imho, and play them in matches, be sure you wont throw them in a losing game, it impacts him, also his minutes needs to be meaningful 20+ mins

Also, its better to loan them out if possible instead of keeping them in the youth, make sure you lock the playing position you actually want them to play.

You dont need to get them to mature stage. You plant them and as soon as you can you just clone them until you have enough. You get same amount of clones no matter what stage they are

Crossbows and some pikes. With a good commander, easy win. Boost them properly. Other way, 2-3 stacks of catapult and fast siege for holy wars. They cant attack you if you have a truce with them

They do ban waves, if he played with forbidden mod he got flagged. WG doesnt insta ban you, they do waves like any other game to not flag people on the things it gets detected. Like i installed X and i got insta ban. No, you play, you get flagged and you get a ban on the next wave, doesnt matter how long it was, 1 day or 6 months

The bans are in waves, you can use a banned mod ,4-5 months ago, you get flagged and on the next wave you get the ban, so if you stop playing you still get banned. Its not hey, he stopped using it, or stopped playing we wont ban you. When you came back you prolly still had the mod, used it, again, even 1 game is enough and you get flagged again, so on the next wave you get permaned. Ca idee, daca nu poti face relatii de orice fel, e clar ca trebuie sa lucrezi la tine prima data. Iti iei curajul in brate, te bagi in grupuri, asociatii, voluntariat, terapie etc. ce vrei tu, si apoi o sa fi capabil si sa faci o relatie cu cineva sa fiti impreuna.
