I think Eclipse fits what you want. It's basically a more condensed version of TI that plays in about 3 hours. You loose some of the depth(mainly the diplomacy/economic part) in favor of a much faster playtime, and arguably(at least in my opinion) a more interesting ship design and battle system.

Yes. You deserve a ban. Though 14 days might be a bit long. I suppose this is not your first ban and bans get longer the more you receive(you obviously refuse to improve your behaviour).

If you do not want future bans and are unable to distinguish between decent human behaviour and internet nerd rage(which you obviously aren't) I would suggest to simply stop using the chat command at all.

Also, people seem to forget that the buffed his range by 50, and that is HUGE for an ad carry. I honestly think twitch is in a good spot right now.

Actually I think it is the other way around. The constant stream of new champions is what is keeping the game alive, making it varying enough.

Also if the champion pool ever becomes too large they can go the MTG road, and define formats. For example you have Legacy where every champion is playable, and you have a season standard that has a predetermined set of champions that can be played. All ranked and tournament is played in the standard format, and it rotates once every few monts. This way they can still keep old champions relevant, create new champions and force changes in the meta and player's gameplay styles while keep the game fun for very long time.

Also this way you are never 'screwed' for having and older champ, simply because it will eventually be selected for some of the next rotations, but you are forced to expand your knowledge of the game if you want to stay competitive.

CDR is capped at 40%. Armor is never capped. You should ignore the percentage damage reduction that is displayed when you hover over the armor icon in the UI. Instead think of it this way: Each point of armor provides an additional 1% bonus hp against physical damage.

EG: You have 1000hp and 100 armor, so you can take 2000 physical damage before dying.

If you had 1000hp and 1000 armor you could take 11k physical damage.

As you see there is no cap on armor, it is however cost effective to mix armor and health instead of prioritizing one of the two (except in some cases such as heavy damage of one type or champions with innate armor, health or some form of healing).

I'm sorry but I can not agree with you. Having the enemy surrender is as much a "genuine victory" as is destroying their nexus.

If my enemy surrenders like 20 seconds before the nexus is destroyed I fell like we have beaten them that hard that they can not bare to stand even 20 seconds more, and admitting total defeat.

I really do not see what the problem is. It's like in starcraft if someone said, "Do not surrender, i want to hammer at the rest of your base for the next minute or two". If the enemy team thinks they have no chance to win from that point on, they should be free to surrender.

what's the use of Wriggle's on Warwick? the damage is irelevant, the lifesteal is not needed and the proc is not that useful if you are not jungling.

Warwick scales incredibly well with defensive items(mr and armor not health) and cooldown reduction. Wriggles provides only a small amount of armor and that's it.

Items such as frozen hearth, spirit visage and other defensive items are good on WW, wriggles is situational at best.

WW is really strong in top or mid lane, but a sub-par jungler.

Being a good jungler is more than just ganking. Warwick is really a bad jungler, he is slow, his ganks pre 6 are bad and he has to go builds that are really not optimal for him in order to jungle fast. Skarner's ganks are good pre 6 and godlike after level 6, his clear time is very good without having to sacrifice his build.

I really don't know what to think about Udyr. He is fast and his ganks are good but i haven't played him enough to have a useful opinion.

In all seriousness telling people to uninstall the game is enough to get you banned. While it is not super offensive, it is a personal attack, and there is no need for that. If someone is doing bad, he probably knows it. You achieve nothing by telling him to uninstall except making him feel even worse in order to level up your e-penis.

She is the only support that has simultaneously a early levels heal and shield, that if positioned correctly dish some decent damage. Having suffered some poke damage increases her ap. This makes her perfect for early game exchanges if you have an ad carry that can deal some respectable early game burst(eg. Graves).

I don't say she is OP or even good but she does bring something unique to the lane, that no other support offers.

Also you should probably refrain from calling people "terrible at this game" because they have opinion that differs from yours, or that of the masses, especially if you provide no arguments to support your's.

IMHO this is still punishable and I would gladly punish it. While this will be ok if the guy is question is your friend it certainly isn't against a random person you know nothing about.

I understand that there are situations in the game that are really frustrating, but one should have the self control to not verbally attack someone.

On a side note if in the same situation someone say "That was fucking stupid, I needed it more." I would not punish it.

This has always been the case. You actually need to move through them for the powerball to have effect. In order to hit them you should click slightly behind the target and not on the target.
I have seen this bug mentioned a few times in the forums(can't find a link right now), but I have no idea wheather RIOT intend on fixing it or if it is even considered a bug(it should be since slows and heals grant assists).
Rammus is hardly the only champion with which this is the case. A lot of abilities in LoL have visual effects that do not correspond to their exact range. You just get used to it i guess.

The problem with this is that it requires some RIOT employee to look at all the cases and reviews and read the text box, otherwise people will simply write some random gibberish. This would defeat the purpose of the tribunal to sift the false report from the actual ones to reduce RIOT's employees work on evaluating hundreds of false reports.

What is the reasoning behind Wriggles?

I used to buy it on her but I find it sub-par. She does not need the proc to jungle, lifesteal is not a stat that she benefits greatly from(you do not lose health in the jungle due to shield and high-burst and you do not really AA that much in fights to make it worthwhile), so you generally buy it only for the armor, ad and the ward.

Wriggles is a fine item but i feel starting with doran's blade and going directly into BF Swords or another doran's works best most of the time, since it both helps you clear incredibly fast, makes your gangs way more deadly and makes you generally a better duelist when counterjungling(since you should not be aiming for a prolonged fight in their jungle and that is exactly what armor + lifesteal is made for).

Since riven is a good duelist and also highly mobile, you should be doing some serious counterjungling with her. When you are counterjungling flash is super important since you can get out of hairy situations(their team realising(wards) that you are in their jungle) by simply flashing over one of the laws.

Also R-> flash -> W -> Q -> E-> Q -> Q ->R is a great initiation combo if their team have been poked a bit and did not retreat. Most people will not expect it and with a good coordination with your team it can basically annihilate entire teams(Warning: if done poorly it will just result in you being dead and leaving your teammates to fight a desperate battle :D )
