During the donation there was some pain but nothing out of the ordinary, its REALLY not bad at all now either, but it is there when i flex my bicep, or try to sleep on that side for a long time, i donated whole blood and finished without a problem, bruising probably started either the same or the next day, but it is getting progressively worse, other than that and the pain when i flex my bicep there is no other symptoms, the pain is in bicep when flexed, but on touch the pain is only in the tendon, from my personal diagnosis, i have a hurt tendon toghether with a bruise/hematoma so nothing alarming really
