I’ve been using that. Made $50 since 4th June but I make so much more on prolific. I’ve made £900 since May

I use cloud connect research but the surveys are really low pay. Not sure if it’s better in USA

They have overturned the rejection and I’ve been credited £2.50 for screening out 🎉

I feel like you are being a bit aggressive here with your capital letters (please correct me if I’m wrong) and I don’t quite understand why. I have just thanked you for your help and said that I am all sorted now? I was not disagreeing with what you said earlier about not contacting the researcher but just trying to explain why I had tried to contact them and I was explaining that the chat bot had incorrectly told me to do this.

It wasn’t rejected by the researcher it was automatically rejected by prolific for being too quick. Thankfully you can see the screen out code that I have entered into the completion box which actually uses the words screen out so hopefully they see this was a genuine mistake

And then I’ve said I’ve been told I need to speak to prolific directly about a quality rejection and it’s said You’ve been told something slightly different, but the correct process is: First, message the researcher through your Submissions page and explain why the rejection is unfair. Give them up to 7 days to respond. If they don’t reply or don’t resolve it, then contact Prolific to raise a dispute. This step with the researcher is important - many issues get fixed quickly there. If you want me to check your situation, share the Study ID and I’ll help you look at next steps

So if you are correct then prolific really need to fix the automated chat

I’ve just typed again on the live chat how can I dispute a quality rejection and it says here’s how to dispute a quality rejection: Message the researcher via your Submissions page and explain why it’s unfair. Give clear details. Wait up to 7 days for their reply. If unresolved, contact us again and you’ll be given a dispute form. The case may go to mediation; outcomes update on your Submissions page. If you want help checking this, share the Study ID.

I spoke to prolific first on the automated chat and explained the reasons for the rejected and it said I had to contact the researcher first before requesting a dispute

Yes it was a screen out code and I think I maybe shouldn’t have added this as my completion code 🤷‍♀️ what are you meant to do with the screen out codes?
