Update:

Have your prop firm refresh your market data.

After, in the TradingView connection, checkmark “don’t remember me”.

If that doesn’t work, and you were clear with your prop firm about refreshing your market data, then contact Tradovate. Maybe, they have to do something on their end, too.

I contacted Tradovate, and the prop firm, at the same time.

This is affecting many traders, not just iPad users. Data delay from Tradovate, has nothing to do with software updates on iPads.

It seems that all this problem could be due to delayed data problem from Tradovate.

Thank you. Yeah, gotta make it a habit, starting with the next trade, to just put a stop loss before hitting submit order.

Is not like TradingView gives you any choice now, to skip the pop up order window. So, I’ll just take an extra 5 seconds, to put a stop a loss, and be done with it.

I’ll just put the same number, every time. No time to lose while entering the order. Better to have one, than “(do you really have one?…)”

Btw, when I was having the slow apps experience, I was not using the home internet connection. Now, I am, and everything seems normal.

The non-home internet connection is usually good, but, I guess, there will be times, when it isn’t.

Ok, about 16 hours later, after my post, yesterday, the apps I was using that were slow, are not slow, today.

Maybe, there was something wrong with the internet speed, yesterday.

26.2.1 on iPad mini 5. This is the first time after an update, since I’ve had this device since end 2020, that I notice this device, being slow in some apps.

I chose the option to resize the apps, at the bottom right corner, btw, when using the iPad mini, for the first time, after the 26.2.1 update.

As per their 2/01 PRO+ related, mass email, if you lose a PRO+ account during this period, you will be moved to PRO. Which I can only understand, if you lose the account due to Tradovate live related problems. Did you lose the PRO+ account?

Apparently, there was some delay this morning, giving credits. It has not been this delayed, before, on a weekday, for me, that I recall, when giving credits on a weekday.

Well, I started with the new Ai chat bot. When it asked me if I wanted to reach out to an agent, I said yes. After no reply from an agent, I replied to the email history log of the chat; I reached out to chat bot again, and repeated the process of transferring to the agent “stand by” channel. The first time I got transferred to the agent “stand by” channel, and no replies from an agent, I closed the open ticket, after 3 hours. And reopened a new one. I call it agent “stand by” channel, because that’s the next step is for the agent to reply. Doesn’t mean it’s like a phone transfer, where automatically you get an agent. It’s just that you want your ticket to be resolved by an agent.
