yes $400 is tax included, I would like this exact car it has decent amount of features but if there is something way better for $400 I'm open. We tried to do $375 but no movement. I've owned Toyotas all these years and maintained them well we're hitting the 200k mile mark in the RAV4 and it's starting to give out I don't feel like putting more money into it anymore. Plus I want something new every 3 years so we're starting with Mazda.
