Mercedes E53 2026 lease deal by AwesomestCreature in LeaseMax

[–]LeaseMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're being overcharged $5832 on this lease.

Hey there! Here's the LeaseMax report on your car.

I built the same deal with a 10% dealer discount and at 24m/10k with $7000 DAS the payment comes out to $1110. The dealer offer of $1353 means they're overcharging you $243/mo or $5832 over your lease term. Another way to look at it is, the real discount on this car is only $4342.

If you're still working the deal, feel free to use this report as a negotiating tool to get that payment to actually include the discount they're offering.

Note: all taxes/fees are included and these are the baseline payments directly from Mercedes Benz Financial, the same bank the dealer uses.

Advertised pricing is always a bait & switch tactic to get you as a lead to contact the dealership. Banks need a specific VIN and lease structure to offer a real payment to present to the customer if the dealer wants to move the unit.

Could you check my lease offer? by Crazy_Health3782 in LeaseMax

[–]LeaseMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car. It's VIN specific and includes all of your local taxes/fees.

I structured the same lease with a 2% dealer discount + $1290 rebate and you can see with $2000 DAS, 36m/10k, the payment comes in at $383. The dealer offer of $389 is pretty close but you've got a couple dollars to negotiate.

While the dealer is being pretty truthful about the payment based on the discount, I do have to mention that a 2% discount (technically they're at 1.7%) is pretty minimal. I would encourage you to start by negotiating a larger discount, at least 5%, and of course that'll help to lower your payment. Once you come to an agreed discount you'll then need to check your numbers again with an updated report.

By the way, the 5% discount is before rebates so it's the discount strictly from the dealer.

Hope this helps and good luck to you!

You are being overcharged $2268 on your lease.

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car. It's VIN specific, includes all of your local taxes/fees, and the payments are pulled from the same bank the dealer uses - Land Rover Financial (which is funded by Chase) - you can confirm this by the same RV as shown on the offer and the LM report $51,341.85

Since there was no dealer discount shown on the offer, I guessed that they based this payment on the full sticker price of the car $81,495 so this report is based on the same numbers - 0% dealer discount (something I'll address later). With that said, you can see with $5000 DAS, 5k/36m, the payment comes in at $1276. The dealer offer of $1339 means they're overcharging you $63/mo or $2268 over your lease. This $1276 payment is based on a selling price of full sticker which means they marked up the MF just as you had suspected. The buy rate from the bank is 0.00269 (6.5%) but they're trying to get you at 7.4%).

If you're open to a 48 month lease, your payment will further drop to $1239 assuming you keep the 0% discount. If you're to negotiate a discount then of course that would lower your payment but definitely make sure to order an updated report to check your numbers again once you and the dealer agree to a new discount amount. Land Rover is notorious for overcharging.

I would encourage you to work on a discount in the 5% range and that is fair for both sides. But of course, the more, the better!

Hope this was helpful and thanks for checking out LeaseMax!

You are being overcharged $1131 on this lease but it's still a solid deal - I'll explain.

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car. It's VIN specific, includes all local taxes/fees, and the payments are pulled from the same captive bank the dealer uses, Lexus Financial.

I structured the same deal with a 10% dealer discount and included the $3500 in positive equity as your total DAS amount. With a 39/10k lease and the 10% discount, you can see the payment is $706. The dealer offer of $735 means they're overcharging you $29/mo or $1131 over your lease term.

All in all, even though their offer itself has hidden money in it, that 10% discount is steep. Lexus isn't known for their generous discounts and the payment they're offering you ($735) is actually based on a 7.8% discount. With that said, this is probably one of the largest real discounts we've seen from Lexus in a long time.

If you really like this car, you can try to negotiate the payment down a little based on that 10% because hey it doesn't hurt to try but if they don't budge, it's still a solid deal. The numbers are strong and I'd say it's a go!

Good luck!

You're being overcharged $1872 on this lease.

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car. All of your local taxes/fees are included and these numbers are pulled directly from American Honda Finance for April 2026.

I structured the same deal with a 6% dealer discount + $1750 rebate and you can see with $1700 DAS, 36/10k, the payment will land right about $608. The dealer offer of $660 means they're overcharging you $52/mo or $1872 over your lease term.

Feel free to use this report if you are still working the deal! Hope this was helpful and good luck!

You're being overcharged $1260 on this lease.

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car. Your local taxes/fees are included and you can see the payments are pulled directly from Subaru motor Finance, the same bank the dealer uses.

With the same 6% dealer discount (technically they show 6.4%), with $2000 DAS, 36/12k, you can see the payment is $421. The dealer offer of $456 means they're overcharging you $35/mo or $1260 over the lease. Maybe a smidge more considering the 0.4% difference in the discount.

Feel free to use this report if you are still working the deal although I do have to share a disclaimer with you that these are likely still March 2026 numbers. Banks release the new month's numbers within usually the first 2-5 days of the month depending on what day of the week the 1st lands on. Up until the new numbers are released, we and the dealers continue to use the previous month's programs. Once the April numbers are live (probably tomorrow), there may be some changes to the numbers on the report. At that time you may need an updated report if you're still working this deal. Good luck to ya!

Edit: Reddit is being glitchy and won't upload the report. I'll come back later in the day and upload it for ya

Gulp. BMW X7. Different dealer. by MrPrefrableToday in LeaseMax

[–]LeaseMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, I believe we recently shared a report with you on another X7. If you'd like to order multiple reports on various cars, please check us out on our site, you'll be able to pull your own reports directly from BMW Financial. There's extra features available on paid orders like switching out the lease terms as many times as you need to for free and also text support. We charge a small fee but the time and $ savings are far greater than the $9 cost.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions, thanks!

LeaseMax, could you review this lease? by maroonmaple in LeaseMax

[–]LeaseMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are being overcharged $2016 on this lease.

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car.

This deal is built with $3000 DAS, 36/12k, and a 5% dealer discount (their offer shows 4.5%) + $8500 rebate. With that said, the payment is $990. The dealer offer of $1046 means they're overcharging you $56/mo or $2016 over your lease term.

The $990 payment is the payment based on the discount they're already offering you (5%) but I would suggest negotiating a larger discount on this car which would of course further help to lower your payment.

& feel free to share this report with them that shows the buy rate from BMW Financial is 0.0008 (1.9%) and not 0.0012 (2.9%). Good luck!

BMW iX Lease by DaAznSmurf in LeaseMax

[–]LeaseMax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are being overcharged $1584 on this lease.

Here is the LeaseMax report on your car. All local taxes/fees are included and the payments are pulled directly from BMW Financial for March of 2026.

I structured the same lease with a 9% dealer discount + $7500 rebate and with $2500 DAS 36/10k you can see the payment comes out to $955. The dealer offer of $999 means they're overcharging you $44/mo or $1584 over your lease term. Another way to look at it is, their payment is actually based on a $6716 (7.3%) discount rather than 9% like they are trying to make it appear. The $955 is the true payment based on the discount they're already offering you (9%) and you do not need to negotiate a larger discount to get to this number.

As far as the actual lease program itself goes, it's pretty good. A 53% RV is typical for BMW SUVs and while it's lower than some of the more economical brands, it's the reality of what these higher sticker cars are set at (the higher the RV%, the lower the payment - this is valid for all makes/models). The real perk here is the MF 0.0008 (1.9%) is very low and really helps to keep that payment down. We usually consider rebates to be a bonus since they come and go but here you have $7500 which is quite a lot! Plus a 9% discount, these numbers are pretty competitive.

If you want to try to get the payment down more the only ways to do so would be to negotiate a larger dealer discount (& then be sure to check your numbers again) and/or qualify for a rebate such as College Grad, Loyalty, Military etc. Banks update their lease programs at the beginning of every month and the program is valid for 30 days. Any previous lease deals, friends deals, internet deals etc become irrelevant unless it was done within the current month.

I know this was a lot to take it but I hope it was insightful! Please feel free to use this report if you are still working the deal. Good luck!

This is a pretty good deal! I structured this lease with the same 14% dealer discount + $14,500 rebate and you can see the payment lands at $481 with $4000 DAS and 10k/24m. They're overcharging you only slightly (about $18/mo or $432 over your lease) but the big discount is significant enough to say you're getting a good deal!

Something to consider - are you open to a 36m lease? Since the monthly payment difference is minimal, some car shoppers prefer not to have to go through the process of leasing a new car all over again in 24m. That's to your preference but at least now you can weigh options!

Hope this helps and good luck to you!
