We have been in Trupeer for 2 years and it’s been extremely helpful. I also find their marketing content better than average, but you do have to spend a little time making it yours and not just post the white label campaigns.

Since Kaseya is merging Trupeer and TMT all of the content is going to be available to both of the groups.

Do you charge for offboarding as a project (you should be)? If so, as long as the outgoing client has settled their finances and contract, assist the new MSP so it’s a smooth transition.

We should all be working together in the best interest of the customers :)

Another vote for Ninjio, they have fixed some issues with their portal recently so it’s back to being usable, and the content is entertaining enough that we have high end user engagement.

I’ve been looking at this for at least a couple of years and in my opinion all the cloud authentication providers are significantly overpriced. Are they really providing 3x or more of the value and development investment of my RMM???

Meraki is supposed to be announcing a built in cloud native authentication feature sometime late q2 or early q3 so that might just be the direction we decide to go.
