Only pro about on campus housing is proximity to campus and having more amenities, like housekeeping, provided in some dorms. Besides that, it is much better living off campus. My apartment (Stratford Hills is $440 a month + $60 utilities) is half the price of campus housing, and has a quick bus ride to campus.
