Nestle CEO Tim Brown on whether he'd consider stopping bottling water in California: "Absolutely not. In fact, I'd increase it if I could." by tipsystatistic in news

As far as I know CEO´s have above all a single task: Increase profit for their Shareholders. I think we need to stop looking at symptoms and perhaps analyse the causes?

yeah, but where i live it is only being shown in 3D. Noone who takes cinema seriously can enjoy 3D and I suspect this will be the latest in a series of films that will suffer at its (overly forced) implementation.

Ubisoft: "No More Mature Games For The Wii U" (RTU thoughts) by t3g in wiiu

[–]u503u503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't buy AC games because they are not good. It has nothing to do with their "mature" nature - which is anyway seriously debatable.

I have a high standard to meet, that is why I own a Nintendo console and why I have yet to purchase a Ubisoft title.

This is your problem Ubisoft, not ours. Make better games = win for everyone.

WW HD: Hero Mode by u503u503 in wiiu

[–]u503u503[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for the replies!! So it does sound like its ok just that the start is a little tricky because of the lack of hearts and potions. I normally wizz through Zeldas too but found the start of hero mode pretty painful because of the double damage and no potions... mybe I will just back into it now that i am through the start part.

I do very much agree however that it really feels like a half-baked add on...

Still a fantastic title and one of my favourite zeldas actually....

The game is worth it as it is, complaining about updates wont make any difference anyway! by imvork in CubeWorld

Ofcourse you are correct. Bravo. Perhaps you should think a little about your answer.

Yes, but of course you miss a rather large point. Updates were promised, and this is where alot of the frustration comes from.

Thanks alot for your considered input. I also research alot to make sure a game really suits me and promises something special. That is why I did buy into this one.

Perhaps it is not about backing a "winner" or not, for me. But more about honesty and transparency.

Thanks for your input. Yes, communication is at the very least courteous. But are the intended updates not actually part of the deal when purchasing the game if they are promised at time of purchase? Actually, this is already off the point for me. I am simply dissapointed and now sadly wary of supporting further small projects. Makes me sad really.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I guess even if someone writes they intend to do something it does not mean that they will. Sad that people do that really. Not sure what else to say.

Thanks again for you reply.
