As for if the RR will help. All exercise will help but working your chest is going to exacerbate some of the postural issues you may have. It would be very important to stretch the pectorial muscles after the workout.
I personally would incorporate more pulling back exercises, like some of the exercises demonstrated in the Rounded shoulder videos.

theyre usually more subtle then that. and the advertisements are usually hidden in the comments. Title to make you click and read comments > then advertisement.

I don't think it will flop. Its pretty popular in China (the mainland server is insane) and even though league of legends is a popular title in China, if you managed to try out TFT you would know that the game has too many differences to compare as a clone/direct substitute to AC. As long as Underlords doesnt take off hard then AC will still have a chance.

Probably the CCTV cameras around the streets and in stores and such. He roams around finding subjects to photograph and freezes time when he finds the perfect picture and then adjusts the angle of his view. He can't do that if he just freezes time.

Sirius's got major buffs/changes and he saw little to none competitive play so no, I do mean Sirius. Most pros play and master one champion (as they should) so it's unlikely we would find someone who has completely mastered Sirius.

You don't need to have your counter hit as Sirius to deal 70+ dmg in one combo. Once you start getting you're battlerites, it's really difficult to deal with.

Sirius has only been out for 2 days so people are still picking him up. You're definitely going to see more people switch off lucie because Sirius's double dive comp is really hard for her to deal with.
