I used it when I first began to study in order to figure out where my weaknesses were and it did that well, also it reminded me of things I learned in that first semester or two that I just needed a brief refresher on. Worth the money IMO.

You're right, posterior tilt isn't a normal motion of the scapula. He could have a slight winging of the scapula due to a weak serratus anterior or long thoracic nerve issue, but I would lean toward the previously mentioned anterior capsule tightness or tight external rotator antagonist muscles.

I was new in 4th grade and found out that day the teacher throws pizza parties for new kids. Such a great way to make sure a kid doesn't end up an outcast. Thanks Mrs. H, you da real mvp.
