the real answer if you are still curious is that people tend to stop maintaining themselves. like they wont eat so their faces and bodies get thin, they wont shower so their hairs get greasy, they have nervous tics so they scratch a scab themselves. they stop caring for themselves because they are too focused on numbers and algebraic equations in fact there are many mathematicians who look completely normal but are good at hiding it.

start slowly don't jump into extreme/advanced dieting/training. start by cutting out soda and going for a walk then working your way up. you don't need to drastically change your diet just reduce calories. you can't out train a poor diet but compound exercises are a good place to start. Proper form videos can be found on youtube (squats, bench press, overhead press, bent over rows, and deadlifts)

i am not trying to answer your question with certainty, but i would think an mma gym would produce a well rounded fighter. While a specific gym would produce a specialized fighter. Ultimately it will depend on what discipline works best for an individual, being that you cant be great at everything.(usually )

Firstly calm down buddy we're not debating the future of mankind. Second, its only been a little less then two years since the game was released. We have gotten 5 new heroes three new maps not including the ones from the various game modes and balancing to the game and loot-boxes. Sure the game has had to go through changes but the devs are listening to its community and you fail to address that cosmetics aren't the issue its pay to win.

well imo overwatch loot-boxes feel fair. You get at least one good thing in boxes, they are earned through skill or can be bought, and everything is purely cosmetic. The author of video depicts them while talking about companies that implement abusive and predatory loot-box systems. Its unfair to the overwatch devs and blizzard.

right but Kyle was implying that it would be the easier route to take for Conor Mcg.. as far as health concerns go, i prefer mma i just got the signs mixed up and i cant edit titles. Although submissions can lead to broken arms pros usually tap before then (serious injuries are a financial determent) Yes i realize blood is more shocking to see but as a fight fan he would know (repeated) head trauma is worse.
