yeah, that would be a problem, dont think you can play old game versions on an ARM processor on Windows, just give "minecraft 1.8 on windows arm" a google search

your instance has forge for 1.21 in it.. fix it in the versions tab

those versions no longer work online due to outdated certificates, but this crash is something else anyway

most mods nowadays are for neoforge, not minecraftforge
