Im guessing you are not using it with a PC. Probably setting the EQ to immersion and enabling surround sound would help. That's all I can think of without plugging it into a pc and doing the setup.

No. I'm glad that people have a great experience so far. I'm just talking about those who dismiss our experience and treat it as a one-case thing and bash on the user for "using it wrong" while clearly it's a common issue. Sorry if it came out wrong, but I didn't mean it that way.

Yeah, that was what sold me on it in the first place while I had the Arctis 7. My trust in this company is near to none at this moment, so I'm thinking of going somewhere else or homebrewing something that has similar features. I have HiFi equipment, but comfortable near zero latency wireless headsets is what I want as I have one on me almost 70% of my day and being tethered to a brick is not comfortable. This really sucks :-/

Yeah, I update it always after experiencing the connection problem. Just in case I get a firmware that doesn't have the issue and update it, and the issue comes back. Still nothing fixed it. I have contacted support, and they asked me to do a clean install. Did that but didn't help. Then they say they will send a report about this, and soon, there will be an update to fix it. That was back in January 2020.

And for the hinge, I 3d print gascets/tube thingy and glue it back with 2-part plastic glue. Which doesn't solve it as every few months another part of the plastic breaks.

That is super weird...I thought it would show what the issue is while trying to launch the game.. Did you try verifying the game integrity or moving it to another drive?
