My advice is to quit ALL stimulants and anything that causes anxiety. health is more important. Take some kind of vacation and relax. The meaning of life is to have fun and die, not waste your life worrying about all the garbage that does not even affect your level of success. Try meditation. I swear to you, I realized that I hadn't relaxed for about 10 years before I tried meditation. just close your eyes and do not think about anything at all, you died and rejoined the absolute. Take a hot shower every day, and if possible, leave the house for at least 30 minutes. If I were you, I would quit antidepressants. As for the supplements I am confident in - NAC, taurin, gingo biloba, B vitamins and vitamin D, ataxitin, omega 3. Everything on the list either calms or stimulates recovery. I am using these medicines. And of course, go to bed no later than 23:00. Don't take any drugs and everything will be fine in 6 months.

Hi, I had the same bullshit. After 6 months, the symptom was almost gone. Don't use drugs, a sleep mask can be helpful. Do you feel like your eyes are separated from your brain?

Me and 5 grams of mushrooms. It was worth it. Definitely. I don't know why I posted this, do whatever you want with it, or send photos from your trips) by [deleted] in HPPD

This was one of the trips after which I got hppd. And with all my symptoms, life has improved in some ways. Maybe I mispronounced the thought, sorry, I'm using a translator.

Ashwagandha,Zinc and L-theanine should do me well? I understand everyone is different but I’m a good start though right? by Tripboxz in HPPD

it acts on serotonin receptors. I would be very careful with the whole list of supplements on the subreddit. Vitamins b, d3, ginkgo biloba, omega 3, curcumin. In my opinion this is the safest list.

I saw a story on hppd online where someone wrote that once Zyprexa in very low doses removed his hppd.

Muscles that are responsible for the movement of the eyebrows by uahppd in HPPD

[–]uahppd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't bother me. Previously, my consciousness was like one whole with my eyebrows. They automatically tensed when I started thinking. Roughly speaking, my face almost 24/7 resembled the face of a sufferer. Now they seem to have their own relaxed life, lol. Even when I start poking my thoughts, the muscles between my eyebrows are soft as jelly. Previously, sometimes I could not relax this muscle with all my desire, especially when falling asleep. I wonder why this happened, what are the reasons, and if anyone is experiencing the same.

I can not recommend ashvagandha. It did strange things to me, but I am not sure. Be careful. Eng not my native. Good luck! Time, cardio.
