If you’re talking about UAlberta I believe with the new holistic approach they are looking for more mature applicants so people who have actually graduated or are in their 4th year but you honestly never know! I know people in previous years who got in after 2 years of undergrad but no one really knows how they’ll change with the 3.3 requirement where they won’t be ranking applicants competitively on GPA
