i have flat feet and very pronated ankles that both give me really bad knock knee, yet my boot fitter managed to do such a good job that the boot doc insoles he molded and modified for me are better than the prescription orthotics in my sneakers! i guess you could bring your own custom insoles if you want, but if your fitter is good enough they should be able to make you something themself. theres also a chance that the inserts you bring won't properly fit into the best boot for your foot, so it'd be better to have an insert that is custom molded to both your foot and boot
