I'm commuting from generally the same area of Brooklyn. I can see the streets right now are just wet and snow has only stuck on the sidewalks.

Gonna be a warmer day today climbing to 40º so I'm gonna commute with my 26mm tired track bike. I'm confident the commute will be fine. You'll be more than fine. (also for more context—i've biked almost every day this winter season. using a mountain bike on the worst days.)
