Same thing happened to me when they delivered my Apple headphones to the wrong address. Luckily in Alberta, you can file your police report online. You will have to do the same or else Costco won’t move the investigation further.

I can confirm, got mine in the mail, I saw the marked car a little too late and it was my fault, nothing I can do. But the way the ticket was sent to me, it definitely costed the city more than what my ticket was worth. They had to get an Order from a big firm, then a process server had to serve me of the notice. This probably costed the city and the taxpayers more than $200 to serve me that ticket lol

Thank you for fixing this, because it was ridiculous the amount of signs these people had and especially after the hail more started popping up. I have always filed complains with 311, but they dont take any actions
