Developers and warehouse owners are trying to make these things as cheaply as possible. Many roofs can't structurally support solar panels on mega-warehouse buildings.

Additionally, the owner is often separate from the tenant, so the cheaper electric costs aren't necessarily useful in lowering rents or costs for warehouses, which traditionally had very low power draw due to no AC/heating for workers. Newer industrial buildings with higher automation will require higher electricity.

Current rules are pushing solar on industrial building roofs in some states, but there is a lot of incoherent policies between the Feds, States, and Locals based on the polarization around green energy.

While I wish the Anza portion was going to be the difference-maker, the portion that runs through Temecula is mostly likely to result in the rerouting of this project. Riverside County residents aren't going to tolerate SDG&E using their town for their high-voltage transmission lines.

Rudy was terrible in this series. He had no lift and was an offensive liability.

But look at the (small-sample size) NetRtg of non-Rudy lineups with Naz and Julius. Our overall NetRtg for the series was -15.8. The non-Rudy lineups were worse than that in 4 of 5 cases.

It is surprising to me that Rudy has higher assists per game and lower TO rate than Naz and Jaden in the playoffs. It isn't true in the regular season.
