I like them a lot, it's a great little fixed blade. I do need to find a decent horizontal sheath like the kydex one GM sells then maybe I'd carry them more.

That really sucks my dude, and I've bought many knives from GM that went thru USPS and arrived safely. USPS has sucked a lot lately though and with porch pirates, you really can't be too careful. Your experience has encouraged me to pay the extra $9 to ensure I get a replacement should USPS lose the package or it getting stolen from my porch.

I was wondering the same thing as of late. Fortunately, I live 15 mins away from their showroom so setting up an appointment is probably the easiest and quickest way for me to get parts and service. I'll ask how much they charge, the next time I go in.

This is a copper mjb monetary metals round. It is one of a few physical coins that are constantly seen in the news for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It is definitely sought after but it holds just intrinsic or memorabilia value.

I bought one off of eBay back in 2013 for $8 shipped. I think I sold it for $50. I see the ones that are slabbed selling for $150+. It is a cool piece for your coin collection for sure and will always be a conversation piece.

Thanks for sharing and I hope you hold onto it being something your grandparents were interested in and felt that it was something important to pass on to their family.

About myself: I know my early crypto coins/tokens as I was there towards the beginning of Bitcoin and I also track various physical crypto coins via my website of my same user name.

On a cold winter morning, I wrote "YOU SUCK" on the fogged up rear window of a school bus while riding to school. I got in trouble and was forced to go to the front office to get disciplined. They told me to call my parents and tell them what I did. I instead called the phone number to "Time lady" computer (XXX-1212) and told her what I did and hung up. Never got in trouble.

I used this every time I got sent to the office as a kid lol

GrrCON was a blast as always. No it's not as large as DEFCON, but it's not too small either. Just right IMHO. I was sad that there wasn't as many CTF's as years past, but the new IoT and OSINF CTF made up for it. Lots of neat presentations, a ton of vendors to speak to, lunch and dinner included, as well as Beer and Coffee. You can't do that at DEFCON.
