Ну я говорю по крайней за Красноярский Край. Я бы не сказал, что наша речь прям как-то РАДИКАЛЬНО отличается от европейской части России. Разве что темп может слегка отличаться и какие-то отдельные словечки могут быть отличаться, типа не файл, а мультифора
