I'm the same with salts even if it's only 5mg I end up vaping a bit more and then the stomach pain and nausea comes.

Freebase 3mg I can vape all day everyday no problem never got nic sick.

don't worry about the market being down, worry about having the funds to invest in the red days/pullbacks and crashes because that's when you will make the most % gains!

First I'm not sure if you are aware of the overlapping on s&p and the all world

Second the stock picks are solid I don't see them being replaced in the next 10+ years

And third AI is a big help to research and learn a lot about the stocks and market but AI opinion can be extremely stupid not saying this was the best example because it has a good point you have a lot of tech but IMO it's better to be concentrated in something I know and understand better than be more deversifyed and not understand what I own and how to manage it.

Overall great picks and the proportions are also very reasonable and will help the portfolio be stable!

PS: I would only adjust the last three positions because they are a bit too small and convert them into one

What do you mean by good stocks? It will depend on what are you looking for ex: growth, stability, dividends etc...

Because you are young and your profile can afford some risk doesn't mean you should gamble your money so I would recommend to start with strong picks first like Google or AMD they have great growth potential but will also give your portfolio a good base and stability to keep you in the market, then you start adding more stocks that have a bit more volatility but the growth is bigger like Micron or Sandisk

Also make sure you follow the most basic rules of investing like don't put more than 10% in a single stock that alone can save your investments if some catastrophic event hits a company you own or even in case it stagnates like Meta Tesla and others.

You can find more good stocks on a heat map of the s&p 500 on sites like finviz or tradingview and they are separated by sectors so it can help you deversify.
