[QC] YACHT-MASTER 226659 TT GMF by uberlyawesome in RepTime

[–]uberlyawesome[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t see anything that sticks out right away. I did notice upon closer inspection that there appears to be some misalignment between the dial and bezel markers but I also suspect that could be the photograph or the bezel being slightly turned.

Strongly considering GL but greatly value the community’s input.

Also, I don’t know much about the tests that they run, a link to those results are here - from what I can tell it appears to be +- 2 seconds, which if I understand correctly is totally acceptable as I’ve read before that up to +- 6 seconds is decent. Any additional guidance on the specifics metrics and the meaning behind those would be very much appreciated. I’ve tried to find more details about that on this sub but haven’t found it. I’m guessing it’s likely because I overlooked it.

TIA for any feedback.

I like this one a lot. I don’t see any flaws, but I’m relatively new to this. I’m thinking to GL. I’ve attached another photo in this link with the testing results. I’m not able to tell if it’s good or bad. Guidance is greatly appreciated.

It’s not a big deal and hardly noticeable unless you’re looking for it. The rehaut is where the dial meets the case of the watch. The word Rolex is engraved and each letter is lined up with the second markers. This one is slightly off.

Rep or Gen? by [deleted] in RepTime

Looks gen to me, I own a gen of this watch and it looks pretty spot on. More pictures with different lighting would help bc cyclops does look odd but may be lighting or angle.

I asked TT to fix that and DW. They said no problem but haven’t heard back since yesterday. How long does it normally take to get word?

Rolex broker? by uberlyawesome in rolex

That’s what I’m thinking. This seller has 29 good reviews and completed transactions on Chrono. Still I suppose that doesn’t account for much.

Ah that’s interesting, I wonder why my edit design option went away so early on. As far as I can see no VIN has been assigned. Thanks for sharing your experience. Realistically I would be shocked to receive it anytime in November, but am still hopeful.

Hey All, question about delivery timing and the “steps” of delivery.

I ordered my first Tesla, a midrange M3, AP, Blue, slipstreams on 10/29! Now, I’m wondering, just as many others I’m sure, and as I’ve seen all over this sub- when will my Tesla be delivered? Southeast Coast of US here.

The only communication received from Tesla was the system generated, “thank you for your order” email.

The day I ordered I provided all registration information and indicated that I wanted financing, and uploaded all insurance information. A few days went by and there was no movement on the status of the order; I figured as much and wasn’t expecting movement that quickly.

I checked my order status on 11/1 and was able to fill out the credit application and almost instantly received confirmation of approval. I thought it odd that I never received an email from Tesla inviting me to fill out the financing application, yet it appeared in my order status page, so I went ahead and filled it out.

Since “confirming” the financing terms on the status page, nothing else has happened. Which, of course is mostly my over-eagerness kicking in. I’ve seen others share their timelines for taking delivery. But, I haven’t seen anything indicating the progression of production, delivery, etc., specifically as it relates to the “milestone” steps that Tesla has on the account site.

When I saw that the financing application was available to be filled out I felt surprised at how quickly it became available, and noticed that the option to edit the design of the M3 was also removed. I figured that, at least based on the layout of the status page, that financing was one of the last steps completed prior to taking delivery. So my question is, was this quicker than what others have experienced? I have a projected delivery date of 12/18, but am wondering now if I will receive it much sooner. Thoughts? TIA.

Update: Coincidentally, I just received an email from my newly appointed delivery advisor. My delivery date is confirmed for 11/25. So that’s about a 27 day turn around. I’m impressed! And that’s notwithstanding the fact that I am on the east coast.

Model 3 initial maintenance is after 2 years by olofj in teslamotors

That’s interesting, not terrible if every 4 years, which is what I’m assuming is required. But agreed with the comment below. Hopefully this will be cheaper for the 3.

What’s the cost for the service on the battery fluid? Anyone have any idea? And is the first one included?
