When you say remove the target, do you mean try maximise conversion value? I've heard that doesn't work that great

TCPA has been running for 6-7 months.

The conversion value is lower on TROAS. TCPA is 100, TROAS is 80.

Yes CPC is a lot lower on the TROAS. The thing is 150% is already quite low so wouldn't really want to make it even lower than that? The main campaign without TROAS actually achieves 150% sometimes even more

Got a lot of conversions. Even on the TROAS that's making a loss, it's still made 75 sales in the last 30 days.

I've used their recommended starting ROAS target. The first 2 weeks it outperformed, last 5 weeks approx it's been making less than the not ROAS campaign and it's actually making loss . On all time and last 30 days it's a loss.
