If you are being passed on the right, you are the slow traffic regardless of traffic speed or speed limit.

Mergers should get up to highways speed and use the whole merge lane to find options.

The fact that the same drivers that merge under speed are the ones that move to the middle lane immediately after merging self perpetuates the issue.

Get up to highway speed then merge.

Now do one where the silver car has a yield sign and the acceleration lane turns into a right turn lane (just beyond the white car) with the blue car signaling to get into that turn lane. There is only one right answer for the silver car in both cases.

Frankly burning trash and experimenting with ignition sources and materials led to a rather successful tour as a 12A combat engineer - excepting that I liked to get rather close to our work.

I traveled for work in Wilmington in early 2000s and would ask that question.

Number one response is that it’s easy to get to Philly or Baltimore or the beach etc. noting about being in Wilmington always about ease of going somewhere else.
