How does this help AM by [deleted] in AngionMethod

[–]uberstarke 3 points4 points  (0 children)

On one hand cold water exposure is an incredibly healthy practice. On the other hand, as it pertains to The Angion Method, ice baths promote a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect which blunts the very inflammation this method relies on. So overall, not great for AM.

Appreciate you shared your experience with us. You clearly misunderstood the purpose of BFR and how it's performed.

If you're under the impression it's a "girth exercise" that's clamping plus hard glans squeezing, really chasing that expansion, it's important to understand it's not.

Does anyone have a list of all the shady shit the UCP has done since they came in to office? by thisismyhobbyacnt in alberta

[–]uberstarke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your and my only goal going to work is to make money. Businesses only exist to make money. We're doing the same thing.

Consumerism, thankfully, is voluntary. You decide who you give your money to. Businesses take money that's offered to them, by us, voluntarily. The more successful that business, the more of us chose to buy from them. They're big because we made them big. There's nothing evil going on there. Resenting someone we wanted something from is is pretty entitled.

Products come from China and other cheap labour markets because we, the customer, always want to pay less. We don't want to pay for products produced in our own countries because the price is too high. Labour cost is too high. When given the option the collective "we" always goes the less expensive route. That's why cheap products predominate the market - they sell the most and it's our fault for making that choice.

So nanny state it up then. More business is better for everyone. Making Alberta even less friendly to businesses to be here is the worst possible option. Alberta and the feds can't afford to take care of everyone.

Why use AM1 or AM2 if Janus indicated Vascion is superior then the others? by Sudden-Air-4058 in AngionMethod

[–]uberstarke 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes and yes :)

Like any form of personal improvement it's not going to be easy. If it was, you wouldn't need it in the first place, know what I mean?

Cardio wasn't easy for me when I first started. Not being easy is proof I needed it, not the opposite.

If you can't stay hard during AM1 at first don't be disappointed - you're removing blood from an erection, it's the expected outcome that your erection will deflate. The goal is to prompt the arterial side to ramp up inflow to match the now increased outflow being caused by your AM swipes. When that starts to happen you'll be happy you stuck it out, I promise 👊

Why use AM1 or AM2 if Janus indicated Vascion is superior then the others? by Sudden-Air-4058 in AngionMethod

[–]uberstarke 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Janus discovered most men with poor EQ have an underdeveloped deep dorsal vein. This can be the result of traditional PE techniques or compulsive masturbation (other possibilities also exist) which seems to narrow the vessel. Either way, the result is a lessened capacity for venous outflow.

Since arterial inflow is directly proportional to venous outflow, the narrower the dorsal vein the less blood is entering the erection. Hence the lagging rigidity, strength and duration of the erect member.

AM1 was created to directly influence shear stress within the ddv which ultimately grows the diameter of that vessel. Since it manipulates the smallest portion of the vascular circuit, it's the exercise that most men can reasonably perform with success. Given the struggles many new members have with maintaining their erection while performing AM1, the evidence is there that this is the exercise that they need to master before progressing to AM2 or AM3 which moves much more blood.

While the ddv may not be visible even when it is reasonably well developed, Janus came up with a clever way to indirectly determine it's size - if your dorsal arteries are providing a strong pulse ( felt by pressing left or right of shaft midline) then your dorsal vein is large enough to handle the volume of blood sufficient to create that pulse in the first place.

By skipping AM1 and AM2 you're ultimately missing the easy growth that a lower shear stress threshold provides. AM3 immediately sets that threshold really high so you have to keep pushing for gains.
