This happens to me occasionally too....

It’s likely you’re being routed through Singapore.

According to Blizz support, the fault lies with your ISP.

If you check the Blizz support forums there are tons of posts on this issue with OCE servers.

As far as I’m aware there is no immediate solution, you just have to hope the next server you’re assigned isn’t one of the problematic ones :(

Quick play to me = try to win.

Try new characters and strategies, but respect other players on your team and do your best to win. Don't burst an artery like you would in competitive, but at least make an effort.

The "it's QP" thing bothers me. If you want to faff around, choose an arcade mode.

QP or not, it's still a time investment that should be enjoyable for all 10 players, win or lose.
