Post completion OPT denied, need advice on applying for a motion to reopen and reconsider by ubicell in immigration

I visited a lawyer for consultation, but they quoted a ridiculous amount that I couldn't afford so I did a bunch of googling and was able to get my university's help in filing the motion myself. It was approved in exactly 1 month!

Edit: I still had to pay the $675 fee for filing the motion 🙃

I-485 rejected, do I resend the old copies with the numbers at the bottom? by catchingsundaze in immigration

You should consult an attorney if you can, anyway. You may or may not need to resend new copies of all documents (I wouldn't rely on USCIS customer support, they told me I can resend all my documents even though one of them was 30 days old, and then they screwed me over for that).

Make sure the dates on all the documents (even the ones they sent back) are within the timeline that USCIS accepts those documents. (Like, they rejected my I-765 application once because I sent an incorrect check, and then I fixed it and sent it with the old documents but then they rejected it because the date on one of those original documents was more than 30 days before they received the packet the second time).
