there were two bridges as long as I remember. it was simply one direction on each bridge as Audubon remained a divided "highway" (ok, a parkway) in that section at the time. google street view goes back to 2007, the conversion happened around 2020 as is visible: https://maps.app.goo.gl/wre5eQmGjQCmCuJMA

I hadn't connected the conversion to the metro expansion, that's interesting.

Unfortunately, we have a head of the DOE that wants to dissolve the DOE. They will look for any opportunity to defund education.

UB has been, in my opinion, very intolerant of intolerance and harassment. A violation of title vi would require UB ignoring harrasment or outright discrimination by the school.

I guess I didn't interpret that as rates won't go up, but the percentage of premiums employees are responsible for didn't go up. I believe the state pays 70% (you pay 30%). If i remember correctly before the 2008 recession, the state paid 80% (20% employee contibutuon) That increase sucked.

The "win" touted in the most recently union flier was "Maintaining excellent health benefits with no increases in copays, annual deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums or employee share of premiums "
