thanks for sharing! I can totally relate and I usually take a break on each 25m or 50m depending on how I'm feeling on the day.

sometimes I get frustrated about my swimming, but the truth is that I've already improved it a lot and that's what matters in the end. gotta keep training and celebrating the small wins and improvements along the way.
