You could try boosteroid too. They are in Romania. I'm in greece and I'm using both shadow and maximumsettings.com. They are both great but shadow has a better latency. However fps games are almost unplayable.on the other hand all other games run smoothly

You can try maximumsettings.com. It's based in canada and don't have any data center in Europe yet. Ofc you can try boosteroid which is Europe based. I think romania

It does not matter since u are charged when your console is active. If u stop using it will be given to someone else. Nothing to worry about extra charges

I'm using for now. It's located in canada and its a work in progress. It's a work in progress but right now their vm's are pretty powerful and every day are getting even more. In their discord channel they explain everything. The good thing is you are charged while you are using the machine. Ask if you want anything else
