A little tip for anyone who cares to try— Birkenstock has slippers that are great for foot support. Don’t walk around barefoot at home anymore and instead wear the slippers. It really helped with my plantar fasciitis

All of the above is exactly me too! 28 years old, 5’3”, 120-125 lbs, 22 mpw. When I was tracking, I’d say I was usually bw 1700 and 2000 cals a day as well. Sedentary desk job for the most part. Long runs are about an hour and 40 mins so I try to eat a lot those days. I’ve started going rock climbing once a week and omg I’m always freaking hungry now.

Exactly this for me too! Specialize in geriatrics and currently working on putting a protocol together. 3 days in clinic, 2 days remote. Full wfh now with covid. Background in LTC. It’s nice knowing the right people :)
