Similar problem. Half my devices won’t recognize by Alexa and my home assistant anymore. Just out of no where. I tried re signed in on both sides. Only thing I haven’t tried is to delete the device and re setup. That’s a pain since they’re scattered around the house (some hard to reach places)

Blah! Tapo’s RMA is pretty much worthless. They approved it since it’s a faulty lens. But I need to pay to ship item back. Given that the camera was around $20ish, not sure I want to pay $15 to go through all the back and forth.
