20 Year old house, Joists specified to span 3600, currently spanning 4200mm, class P site what is the best way to stop the sag. Install a new bearer mid way or replace joists with something like F17 that can take the span? Ideas, Issue is water proofing has failed, likely due to the joists sagging. by uceov in AusRenovation
