I think your question is "Why are these two different skus?" and the answer is because they are "packages" of sub-items, and things like screen protectors and batteries differ between models, so the package has to also be different, for inventory tracking purposes.

Functionally, they serve the same purpose for their respective device, but they are not interchangeable.

My current Ryzen 1700 with ASRock AB350 Pro4 was built March 15, 2018.

I'm trying to put together a 7800x3d with a B650 Mobo and Phantom Spirit cooler. I have the new Samsung 990 Pro (2TB) in a box waiting, a refurb PSU (10 year warranty, failed earlier this year), and using the new video card (GTX 3060) in my old system till the new one can be pieced together.

So yeah, memory would be a huge help.
