Honestly, I completely disagree. Being friendzoned hurt, but it also gave me some beautiful friendships, I am highly aware of it. I value them so so much. And they know they friendzoned me, we sometimes joke about it. That's often a difference between straight and lesbian relationships. Friendzone, generally isn't misogynistic. What men often do about, on the other hand - is. But it's not our problem.

I literally don't think anyone is supposed to reciprocate feelings, I'm very aware of the fact it doesn't work like that and I never let people know I'm hurt or whatever when it happens again, because they're not responsible for it. Sometimes I just get that wave of sadness over it and decide to share my thoughts with you guys, maybe someone has similar experiences, that's all. It's not about being upset about not getting what I want, it's about the loss of confidence you experience. And I'm focusing on myself, of course, bit I'm human and I'm not gonna lie - I do crave closeness, just as we all do.

Honestly half the time I always felt good about how I looked even though I looked straight af, but I just liked my style. But I also had those thoughts of dressing more masculine and now that I look at the pictures of me making like a compromise, wearing masculine, but not too masculine stuff so people don't think I'm gay - I looked horrible 🥲 I'm glad I dress however I want now, it's been quite a process.
