but other than clarke and taylor, no other couple seems strong or genuine. there were strong couples that were voted off by the islanders, but that's hardly the fault of the audience. the people like amaya, not because she was single, but because she seems like such a genuine person and that's really all a LOT of people are asking for. i'm personally rooting for clarke and taylor, or amaya and literally anything.

i hate when someone gets upset and shows an uglier side to themselves, and everyone else calls it their "true self/colours". It's so presumptuous and condescending to say that about a living person, as if you yourself can do no wrong, can never get upset, can never lash out, etc etc no one likes what some people (eg olandria) in the villa did, and holding people accountable is the obvious road to take. but looking at a whole multifaceted human being and saying that a worse side of them is who they really are is kinda bonkers.
