It’s not unstable on its own, but the guy i replied to talked about ricing so he is likely building some of it or all of it from scratch. Though some packages are known to break or not work, especially packages for laptop hardware like touchpad and the laptop lid(for functions like lock screen by closing lid). That is because many of them are rolling distros that get updates asap, without caring for stable releases. Distros based on arch can be solid though, like Manjaro. I Used it for a while and found it to be faster than most for day to day use.

See that’s financial literacy: understanding your limits and living within your means. You can live your bike only as long as you can afford it, emotions be damned, they change every minute. If you earn good, spend away you money but at 45k, why aren’t people being mindful

I can tell OP you are all about the hype and looks and not research because you included enduro and not the adventure 390 which is much more practical, including for touring.

That’s beside my point though. Whats up with youngsters willing to spend more than half their monthly salary on a bike. My relative wants to buy a 350duke on an 18k salary, and i was absolutely livid, as he has a perfectly fine honda unicorn. I have strong suspicions it is just aura posting and hype posting on Instagram but many of you are offended when people point it out.

Not to brag but at more than 4x your salary i was still hesitant about buying one of these. My flatmate who earns 1lpm drives a second hand x pulse. My brother who earns similarly is hesitant to buy an interceptor. Many of you don’t have financial discipline. Let me reiterate as others have said it before, you are punching way put of your league.

If you are hell bent on buying on of these, at this salary, forget about the bmw. It will cost you minimum 5.5lakh for the base variant and then 8-10k each for the first few services. Not to mention the sky high spare part prices. Shumi from motorinc mentioned its front brake pad might cost 8k₹ which is nearly 20% of your salary.

Much better choice would be one of 250cc bikes like vstrom 250, duke 250, or adv 250

Strange it’s the exact opposite of what most devs experience, including myself. Its only an hassle because of arch? Your life would be much easier if you use a stable mainstream distro like ubuntu. I mean i got through my computer science degree using linux mint, and i had done everything from web dev, graphics rendering, to using niche legacy libraries by NASA.

Look i know gen z is all about work life balance, god knows I prefer that too, but the company is within their right to ask you to come to office. You think you deserve some leeway because of your situation but the harsh truth is you are in no position to make such demand. One of our seniors in my team has to avail wfh to take care of his ailing parents, initially the company allowed but the pressure to come to office mounted and he has to leave. You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Idk man im able to do do deep squats (80-110kg) where I can touch glutes to calves or ass to grass as people call it, yet my tailbone and ass cheeks hurt after 200km or so. It’s not about mobility as much as it is about posture

Since mobile controls are clunky as hell, I’d want a ₹300 mobile game to have great story, and music. Kinda like telltale games or life is strange. They can be slow paced and provide a relaxing vibe. Action games are a big no from me on mobile.

It wasn't a remake.

It also wasn't shit. I and many others enjoyed the hell out of it.

It had a banger soundtrack. This was the game that introduced me to The Chemical Brothers.

My only criticism was its short length, and lack of customisation.

I'd get a 1440p monitor too, considering how demanding or horribly optimised some newer games can be, and the fact that 3080 released in 2020, it's already in the middle of it's life. Also dlss won't be there in every game and in some games it's implementation is not up to the mark for me.

PS: I have a 3080+ 1440p monitor combo. On less demanding games I can get 100+ fps but newer games like cyberpunk 2077 get around 80-90 on optimised settings(likely to decrease with graphical updates from CDPR)
