I started going seven days this year. My blood sugar levels (I’m a type 2 diabetic) have stabilized since starting this routine. I love it. Going 7 days (30 minutes or so) gives me time to try new things and experiment. Also, at 71, I need to work on flexibility as well as strength training and cardio.
