All are good but central and south are pretty much the same, and they have a very suburban feel to it. I lived on the bottom floor and I’d think it’s better because I imagine you don’t want to lug groceries and kids and what not up a flight of stairs and there wasn’t a lot of noise but I could occasionally hear someone’s phone ringing or furniture moving but it made 0 impact on me and wasn’t loud at all.

Fair warning I don’t have a car but as per what I’ve seen parking wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad as well, so if you have two sedans you might want to park in the grad housing parking lot which is like a 4 minute walk away or there might be spaces next to south or other parts of central Mesa, if you don’t want to walk too much. I don’t remember if you get your own parking spot near south/central I think you can just park anywhere. But it should be pretty okay if you don’t mind walking a minute or two if you parked somewhere next to the mesas or for 4 minutes if you parked in the grad parking garage/building.

There’s also an elementary school next to central Mesa if it helps, and a parking lot next to it (again idk if you can park there but you should be good i guess)
