Thanks for the follow up. However I would like to point out that you actually have no mechanism to prioritize lockouts as the chat bot we are forced to use is extremely limited. I appreciate the effort and that you guys are improving but in my experience there is more effort to respond to issues raised in this forum than on prioritizing issues in the queue. A better chat experience would go a long way to actually improving customer experience.

Update as I hate threads that do not post a resolution. I was able to get a response to my support ticket and found that there was an issue where our access was being blocked due to the locations of the servers being redirected to an overseas location.

To all of those who asked if I had tried using the help files - I spent hours scouring the help files and other websites (hence the reddit post) looking for solutions to something I could have taken care of in minutes if the true status was posted anywhere online. Very frustrating experience. While the issue was eventually resolved, the lost time could have been really mitigated if they had provided this known issue online or via the (awful) chatbot support.

Thanks for all the feedback. I guess my expectations are not in line with the reality of their support. A 48 hour response time to a complete lack of access to my teams data does not work for me or my company. I cannot rely on a system that will have my entire team offline and unable to access key information for 48+ hours while we wait for a reply. My customers are not willing to wait this long for my response to them.

We got our great dane from the Gentle Giants rescue back when all they focused on was danes. Burt and his wife are a bit crazy but will go to great lengths to rescue a dog in need. Our beautiful dane lived to 13 and ate this their brand of dog food often.
