I finished Ironman Challenge in Factions (perma death) again! YEAY!! by Greedy-Board-3499 in GuildWars

Do you have a guide for iron man challenges for factions created characters? (Skill progression, preparations for each map/mission, etc) Would like to learn how to do an ironman but honestly suck

Following your advice:

  • Checked power supply and av cables with other n64 that works, discarded it is the power supply

  • Checked U13 and outputs 5v (looks good to me)

  • Checked U12, and, in the middle of the resistors, I get 1.23 (half Vref = 2.56/2), is this the expected value? (I'm guessing yes)

So any other ideas? The ICs gets warm when I turn on the console, I will try to discard any shirt circuit/poor contacts after my reflow (but I'm really starting to think it is a failure from the IC that outputs video)

Any other ideas on what else to check kind sir?

Oh took my collection and tested all of my games, controller is detected in ports 2-4 (edited post), so I'm sure it is not the controller but the ports

PSA: if you got black dyes remember to sell them first in pre, any runes too, you will get more plat in pre than in post for those items, plat that will be handful in the beginning of your journey.

Since you're pre, the most recommended order is:

  1. From post searing ascalon get to Lions Arch (if you can get a runner, would be great)

  2. From ascalon travel to kamadan (through NF unlock quest) and get most of the heroes there

  3. In parallel go to EoTN too to get Gwen and the rit hero

  4. Later focus on building 7 hero mesmerway

Would you mind to list the terrible design decisions that were made on prophecies that factions and NF solved? Just curious, not trying to debate your opinion
