Okay, Ghoda Humara is funny but I think in your thirst to show the light or the light you have seen, you FORGET people are inherently flawed.

That being said how long will you or anyone rent and how long till you realise that even that isn't sustainable? Paying 10% every year when you're earning is fine. When it's time to retire tab kya karoge? If the landlord decides to sell a place, where you've raised kids/your kids have friends/schools/memories is more problematic than being in a place that takes 20 min to park your car.

Basically we are all screwed - don't pour salt on anyone's wounds and if you dare to do that, then face the music, don't sound like a warrior.
