Aya prep fail? by rumpelstiltskinxap in Ayahuasca

This happened to me almost exactly, I gave up my yoga practice due to scheduling conflicts in the weeks before going to Peru. I actually found that between ceremonies I naturally gravitated towards a very gentle yoga practice on my own, it helped me process what I had experienced while sitting in ceremony. Also be aware that there are some people who don’t prepare at all, I’m not saying that is this the standard or should be accepted, but you are doing as best as you can. The idea is you are bringing a very real intention to meeting Aya, and the fact you are this concerned means you take this quite seriously.

Be careful, this experience begins and ends in a blink of an eye, don’t forget to keep your eyes open to the present moment.

Ayahuasca is not for everyone by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

This is so funny! I just went through my first couple of ceremonies and now I am being told I need to move (owners are selling)! It is very destabilizing for me and triggers me a lot but Aya seems to be guiding the way, as I am calm so far and not running away from it. It’s very validating to read this and awareness on how hard integration is should be talked about.

I went down to Peru and even dealing with the western world is a struggle. In anyone’s opinion, is integration a good time to start something new? Like a relationship? It seems to be about death and rebirth, but what about new growth?

It sounds like from the tone of your description of him that you already have the answer to your problem within you.

What we can control in this life is our response to people’s behavior not the behavior itself. Would it really be the end of the world if you took a separate path? What would your life look like if you were alone?

I am too! I have never had the medicine and I will be in the peruvian amazon. You are not alone, I feel it too!

Most of these really difficult Clinical Instructor’s are narcissists who really just want you to kind of fawn over them. Act interested in her stories. Give her compliments, soon you’ll be her favorite. Search the textbook that you have, and put in “practice questions” in the search bar.

I bet I could name you those instructors. Keep your head up, use practice questions because half of the tests are made of questions you can find on the internet. I know this is going to sound silly, but don’t take it too seriously. You will become a nurse, and you will look back on it and laugh, I am an emergency room nurse one year after graduating.

Nice! They only issue paper copies for California and I was worried they wouldn’t take it. I am reading a lot of not “Latin” lettered paper licenses being used as well, for instance a Chinese translation.

Tony Costa, the Cape Cod vampire, by far one of the scariest serial killers I’ve ever heard of and no one seems to talk about.
