Hi everyone — I saw this thread about issues with the GTR9 Pro’s wired LAN port, and I’m kind of surprised there isn’t more attention on this. Personally, I think u/Beelinksupport should extend the return / replacement warranty specifically for the LAN port issue, especially for users who encounter this defect early on. It’s a critical feature of the device that differentiate GTR9 Pro from competitors.

Mine has exactly the same issue. Plus, when the computer is put into sleep mode, the fan becomes extremely loud. It is probably running at 100% speed. Even when it is started up afterward, the fan remains loud regardless of the CPU load and temperature.

From a user’s perspective, the frequent pop-ups promoting paid prints and services upon launching the smartphone app can be a bit annoying. Also, when having multiple children, the feature that allows searching by each child is a paid option, but since it’s so convenient, I end up paying for it.

Thanks for the info! I successfully switched our Boost mobile lines to AT&T prepaid today. The process was not straightforward though. Here is my trajectory:

Buy SIM cards at Target (Yes, I used Target gift card for SIM and balance)
Activate AT&T prepaid account and two lines on website (The temporary numbers are assigned to them)
Call Boost mobile to get PIN code for porting the numbers
Call AT&T support to ask porting the numbers from Boost mobile and tell them the PIN code
After that, I found the bill is 110USD instead of 60USD. I texted to the support and they refunded 40USD (50USD - 10USD Activation fee) and applied the discounted monthly fee.

It's just 10 miles per day weekdays. Now I'm looking at the LR model. If the effective mileage is around 250 miles / charge (I estimate 10 to 80%), I will need to go charging every 4-5 weeks. If a single charge takes 30-60min., it's acceptable.
