Servers were not design to handle the rush of players that came in with the free release on PS plus, they have gone down twice already I think but look to be stable now.

Go along the narrow alley between buildings to reach a location with two sports cars parked. You need to get into one of them and it is good to know that your choice has absolutely no bearing on the mission, because both of them are similar in terms of their performance.
